Learn from my misfortune. If you go over 3k XP in any of the categories you can’t claim the extra chest even though they populate. You also can’t transfer that XP to other columns. It does say at the bottom max of 20 chest (50xp X 20=1,000) but I just didn’t correlate it. Messaged support and they just pointed out the max or 20 chest thing.
